Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return; The item must be unused, and in the same condition as received. The item must be in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at EliteXIISales@gmail.com or fill out and submit the form below. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return; You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
